The Emerald Ash Borer (EAB) is a shiny green beetle that attacks ash trees. It came from Asia and has spread across many states, killing millions of trees. The beetle lays eggs on the bark, and when the eggs hatch, the tiny larvae burrow under the bark and feed on the tree. This causes serious damage and can kill a tree within a few years.

While we may be new your community, we are not new to Emerald Ash Borer. We've lived through the passing through of Emerald Ash Borer in Columbus, OH in the late 2000's. We moved to Minneapolis, MN and again have been living through it again.
