Save The Ash Tree Co. is on a mission to protect ash trees from the devastating emerald ash borer through proven injection treatments. Due to growing demand, we're expanding from Minnesota into Texas, Nebraska, South Dakota, and exploring opportunities in Oklahoma and Kansas. We need an organized, people-focused professional to help us manage this growth and serve more homeowners.

The Role

As our Arborist Services Coordinator, you'll be the vital connection between concerned homeowners and our tree care solutions. You'll manage incoming leads, guide clients through the assessment process, and ensure every inquiry receives prompt, knowledgeable attention. This is a mission-driven role where your organizational skills directly impact our ability to save more trees.

What You'll Do

• Respond to inquiries via email and phone with professionalism and care

• Assess tree health from photos submitted by homeowners

• Follow up consistently with leads using our established system

• Schedule appointments and coordinate service routes for our injection teams

• Manage your pipeline of clients from first contact through completed service

• Build relationships with homeowners who trust us to protect their trees

• Maintain detailed records in our CRM system

What We're Looking For

• Experience with trees, plants, horticulture, or landscaping (formal or hands-on)

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Excellent written and verbal communication

• Reliable follow-through and ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously

• Comfortable working with established processes and systems

• Genuine interest in helping homeowners and protecting trees

• Proficiency with email, phone systems, and basic software

Schedule & Compensation

• Seasonal: March - November (potential to start earlier for the right candidate)

• Part-time to full-time hours available depending on lead volume

• Competitive hourly rate based on experience

• Monday-Friday schedule

Compensation DOE $18-23 per hour
